Malovex comes in three plans — Starter, Pro, and Enterprise. Each sets how much catalog you can build, how many suppliers and stores you can run, how often your feeds sync, and how many team members you can invite. This page compares them and explains the free trial.

Note

Starter is a single-user, single-store plan — it doesn’t include additional team seats. To invite team members, you’ll need Pro and up. See Users, roles & permissions.

Enterprise pricing is calculated individually — contact us and our team sets your limits and price together. The limits above are the standard ceilings; your custom plan can differ.

The free trial Starter

Starter includes a 7-day free trial. When you sign up on Starter you’ll add a payment method up front, but you won’t be charged until the trial ends. You get full Starter functionality during the trial.

Pro and Enterprise do not include a trial — Pro is charged when you complete checkout, and Enterprise is set up and billed by our team.

Tip

Want to explore before committing to a paid tier? Start on Starter to use the 7-day trial, then upgrade to Pro whenever you’re ready — upgrades apply immediately.

The trial ends early if you buy extra capacity (an add-on) during it — confirming that purchase converts your subscription to paid straight away and bills the first full period. See Billing & Usage for how add-ons work.

Which plan should I choose?

• Starter suits a single shop with a handful of suppliers and a catalog up to 10,000 products, syncing once a day.
• Pro fits a growing operation running several stores and suppliers, a larger catalog, a small team, and faster 6-hourly syncs.
• Enterprise is for high-volume catalogs, many stores or suppliers, near-real-time 15-minute syncs, and a custom limit and price set.

Outgrowing a limit?

You don’t have to jump to the next plan just because one limit is tight. On the priced dimensions — products, supplier feeds, stores, and seats — you can buy add-on capacity on top of your plan. See Plans & add-ons.

Changing plans later

You can move between Starter and Pro yourself at any time from Billing & Usage:

• Upgrades (Starter → Pro) apply immediately.
• Downgrades (Pro → Starter) take effect at your next renewal, and only if your current usage fits the lower plan.
